Appartement très sympa avec vue incroyable sur la mer à qq min au nord de Bastia

Points positifs : Equipement Rapport qualité/prix Accueil de l’hôte Vue

Points négatifs : Porte de la chambre à raboter car frotte trop par terre, et gonds à graisser car grince fortement. Info à donner à l’avance, que si les places sur le petit parking à proximité sont toutes prises, le parking privé au-dessus coûte 5 € par jour (on a toujours pu se garer sur la place, mais au prix parfois de pas mal de manoeuvres - par contre, en saison…, pas certain qu’on puisse échapper à ce supplément 😟)

Points positifs : Le propriétaire nous attendait à un carrefour du village pour nous guider ensuite jusqu'au logement.

Agrable séjour à l'entrée du Cap Corse chez un hôte sympathique et disponible.

Points positifs : L'appartement est situé à proximité immédiate de Bastia. Il dispose d'une très belle vue sur La Méditerranée, un balcon permet d'en profiter. Plusieurs commerces sont à proximité (5mn à pied) - boulangerie, supérette, poissonnerie, presse. Une petite plage de galets est également à 5mn à pied. Le Port de Toga est à 25min à pied (2km). L'hôte s'est montré très disponible et aidant pour l'arrivée et la récupération des clés.

Points négatifs : les escaliers pour accéder a la chambre du haut ayant la peur du vide cela m a fait peur

Personnes très accueillante et réactive, appartement parfait.

Points positifs : La vue mer de l’appartement, les deux clims fonctionnelles. L’emplacement de l’appartement. Un vrai salon de jardin à l’extérieur ainsi qu’une table à l’intérieur.

Points négatifs : La lumière passait entre les volets, des rideaux seraient agréable dans les chambres.

Excellent stay

Points positifs : Such a beautiful apartment to stay in! It was perfect for two of us as a couple. Very spacious and clean and close to the beach. There are some shops nearby also. The house was well stocked with coffee and some welcome drinks which was lovely. The view was amazing from the balcony!!! Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Aircon was great and the hosts were very kind and accommodating with great communication :-) They even offered to pick us up and drop us off to ferry which was very kind! Thank you so much for our stay, we definitely recommend this apartment!

Points négatifs : Nothing to fault!

Points positifs : Die Wohnung hat eine gute Ausstattung auch wenn die Zugangstreppe sehr steil ist. Toller Ausblick vom Balkon und dank der Klimaanlage kann man es gut aushalten. Fürs parken sollte man die Privatparkplatz anmieten. Ansonsten ist alles sehr eng in dem Viertel. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in und um Bastia. Dankeschön

Ein sehr schönes Appartement!

Points positifs : Der Ausblick vom Balkon war phänomenal, so startet man gut gelaunt in den Tag. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Außerdem wurden wir sehr freundlich vom Vermieter empfangen. Man konnte die Wäsche auf dem Balkon aufhängen, wo sie innerhalb von ein zwei Stunden auch trocken war. Für die Kinder war Netflix und Co. vorhanden. WLan war auch sehr gut.

Points négatifs : Es war super, einen privaten Parkplatz angeboten bekommen zu haben, wir haben ihn auch gern genutzt. Der Zugang ist sehr steil, was niedrigere Autos nicht ganz so toll finden ;) Der Weg in die Stadt ist zu Fuß recht weit, so dass man das nicht jeden Tag auf sich nimmt, ohne das Auto zu nehmen.

Great views, many steps

Points positifs : Great location among the traditional houses in the village on the hillside. Quiet at night. Great views. Wonderful traditional house with some drawbacks as described below. Balcony with traditional cloth drying rack allows for relaxed meals with a spectacular view over the water and the hills behind the house. Very friendly owners who live just a few streets away. Narrow and steep stairs leading up to the apartment would be a challenge for anyone with knee issues. Same (steep road and/ or steps, all very scenic) for the 10min walk down to the main street with bus stops and shops and the beach area a little further below. Great inexpensive regular bus connection to the city of Bastia as well as the other direction (village of Erbalunga) made it possible to visit without a car. Walking to Bastia is also possible (35-40min) but not so pleasant because of fairly heavy traffic.

Points négatifs : The steep stairs leading up to the apartment are one thing, inside the apartment however, is another set of steep stairs with a dangerous low beam at the top as one ascends to the attic which has a very low ceiling and low beams. That's where the second spacious \

Points positifs : Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf Korsika, nicht zuletzt aufgrund der Unterkunft und vor allem den Gastgebern, die außergwöhnlich nett und aufmerkam waren! Die Wohnung besitzt eine fantastische Aussicht und ist geräumig und somit auch komfortabel für eine Familie. Sie liegt zwar etwas außerhalb von Bastia, ist aber dennoch ein guter Startpunkt für Tagesausflüge.

Points négatifs : Der Weg zum Strand ist schnell zu bewältigen, aber sehr steil. Das sollten Familien mit kleinen Kindern berücksichtigen. Dennoch hat selbst unserer 4jähriger Sohn, den Weg täglich mit Bravour bewältigt; die Vorfreude auf den wunderschönen pittoresken Strand war eine große Motivation!
